Super Yacht Execution is a specialized treatment used on luxury yachts to improve the overall aesthetic appearance and quality of the vessel by creating a smooth and uniform finish. This treatment can enhance the visual impact of the Posidonia anchor or deck element, and increase the perceived value of the yacht.

The "Super Yacht Execution" is an advanced improvement over the standard hot-dip galvanizing process, and is primarily applied to anchors and deck elements for Super Yachts

This type of treatment is a Posidonia exclusive. Our finishes are the signature of our anchors, chains, and all the towing and mooring equipment we design and manufacture in Novi Ligure.

How to achieve a Super Yacht Execution Finish

Surface preparation: The surfaces are prepared using a special automatic grinder to create a smooth finish.
Edge grinding: The edges of the surfaces are ground.
Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) treatment: The surfaces are then treated with a standard HDG treatment according to the BS EN ISO 1461 standard to provide corrosion protection.
Zinc coating: A special zinc coating is applied to create a uniform color on the steel surfaces.
